Introductions and coordination
Atriumex provides tailored introductions and coordination, connecting clients with suitable specialists and serving as a dedicated point of contact throughout the process. Company formation, company secretarial and registered office services are delivered by the selected corporate services providers. Accounting, audit and tax work are carried out by the appointed professional firms.
Banking and payment services
Account opening, access to payment services and related terms are determined by the relevant bank or service provider. Introductions do not guarantee approval, processing times or pricing. A business payment account may differ from a bank account in its features and protections.
Web3 & Digital Asset Economy Advisory
Atriumex provides practical business advice, provider introductions and support at the intersection of traditional finance and the digital-asset economy, with a focus on business payment needs. This may include introductions to providers for stablecoin purchases, sales and trade settlement, subject to the provider’s permitted service scope, supported jurisdictions and customer eligibility. Providers handle their own customer checks, contracts, conversion and settlement. Atriumex does not issue stablecoins, execute exchanges, accept client funds for settlement or provide digital asset custody. Any transaction must follow the provider’s agreed process and applicable requirements.
Stablecoin and digital asset services involve risks, including loss of a currency peg, counterparty failure, network errors and irreversible transfers. Provider availability, supported currencies, pricing and transaction terms must be checked directly with the provider.
Scope, fees and decisions
Agree the scope of coordination and any Atriumex fees before proceeding. Providers quote and agree their own services and fees. Ask about any relevant referral arrangements. Website information is general and is not legal, tax or investment advice.
